On January 10, 2008, Plaintiff Jens Erik Sorensen, as Trustee of Sorensen Research and Development Trust ("Plaintiff") filed a Complaint for Patent Infringement against Emissive Energy Corporation, A Delaware corporation, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, Case No. 08 CV 0234. According to Plaintiff, Defendant Emissive Energy Corporation's response to the Complaint for Patent Infringement is due on March 12, 2008. Plaintiff has agreed to extend the deadline for Defendant Emissive Energy Corporation to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint from March 12, 2008 to April 16, 2008. STIPULATION Pursuant to CivLR 7.2 and 12.1, Plaintiff Jens Erik Sorensen, as Trustee of Sorensen Research and Development Trust ("Plaintiff"), and Defendant Emissive Energy Corporation ("Defendant") hereby stipulate that the time within which Defendant shall move, plead, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint shall be and hereby is extended until April 16, 2008.
