Dear_____________________________; On ________________(date), I filed a Notice of Motion, Motion and Affidavit for Order Directing Issuance of Title to a Motor Vehicle (copy enclosed) with Hennepin County District Court on the above referenced vehicle. As the last registered owner/seller or Commissioner of Public Safety, if you object to my petition, you must file an objection with Hennepin County District Court within twenty (20) days of receiving this letter and send me a copy of your objection at the above address. A filing fee may be due to the court. Failure to do so could result in the court granting my petition and signing a Findings of Fact and Order (directing issuance of title to a motor vehicle). Objections can be filed in person at the Civil Intake counter on the Public Service Level (2nd Floor) of the Hennepin County Government Center, 300 So 6th St, Mpls, MN. They can also be mailed along with the filing fee to Hennepin County District Court, MC 421 Government Center, 300 So 6th St, Mpls, MN 55487.
