Defendant Towers, Perrin, Forster & Crosby, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation ("Towers") hereby responds to the Complaint for Breach of Contract, Account Stated, Work, Labor, Services, and Materials, and Goods Sold and Delivered of Plaintiff Prodiance Corporation ("Prodiance ") (the "Complaint") and answers, alleges, and avers as follows. 1.
