The complaint was not initiated by the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and is not a pattern, practice or systemic case. 3. The investigator failed to issue a finding of reasonable cause or no reasonable cause by the date ordered by the executive director of CHRO. 4. I hereby request an order of the court requiring the Commission to issue a finding of reasonable cause or no reasonable cause by a date certain.
