1 2 3 MRS. LOUIS T. RECHT, 4 Plaintiff, 5 v. 6 RISK MANAGEMENT, 7 Defendant. 8 9
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA OAKLAND DIVISION No. C 07-2668 SBA ORDER [Docket No. 11]
On June 11, 2007, the Court adopted the Report and Recommendation issued by Chief 10 Magistrate Judge James Larson recommending that the plaintiff's complaint be dismissed with 11 prejudice. See Docket No. 7. The complaint was accordingly dismissed and the case closed. The 12 plaintiff subsequently filed a number of papers which has been construed by the Clerk of Court as a 13 motion to set aside the judgment [Docket No. 11]. 14 As noted in the Report and Recommendation, the plaintiff has filed numerous frivolous 15 complaints and has deluged the courts with incomprehensible letters and motions. The Report and 16 Recommendation also characterized the complaint filed in this case as "an incoherent stream of 17 consciousness" and "floridly delusional." Docket No. 5. The same is true with the plaintiff's present 18 motion or motions. A review of the papers show them to be devoid of any substance. There is no 19 comprehensible request made by the plaintiff and hence nothing for the Court to be able to consider or 20 rule upon. Accordingly, the motion or motions [Docket No. 11] are DENIED. 21 IT IS SO ORDERED. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 January 15, 2008 _________________________________ Saundra Brown Armstrong United States District Judge
