- . The defendant was originally placed on probation by this Court on September 17,
11 2001. A Petition for violation of conditions of probation was tiled alleging a violation of
12 Standard Condition No. 3 and violation of Special Condition No. 7. On June 9, 2005, an Initial
13 Appearance was held. An Admit!Deny hearing was set for June 28, 2005.
14 - On June 28, 2005, the defendant appeared with counsel, Lee Titterington, Assistant
15 Federal Public Defender, and the Government was represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney
I6 David Eisenberg for the admit/deny and Hnal disposition hearing. The defendant admits to all
17 violations alleged in the Petition.
18 IT IS THE ORDER of this Court that the defendant has violated his probation,_and his H
19 probation is hereby revoked.
20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED reinstafing the defendant's probation for a period of five
21 (5) years starting on September 17, 2001. All previous conditions of probation shall remain in
22 effect and defendant is to pay restitution in the amount of $2,712.00, based on the original
23 judgment, by August 16, 2006.
