18 Revocation of Supervised Release.
1 9 The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements
20 as well as the original guideline range and the report and attachments. The Court finds defendant's
21 supervised release should be revoked. _
22 IT IS ORDERED revoking defendants supervised release.

23 IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of
24 live (5) months. Following incarceration, defendant is sentenced to a thirty-one (31) month term of
25 supervised release under the standard conditions adopted in General Order 04-1 1 , with the following

2 treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost
3 of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

7 probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.
