UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA
United States of America, Plaintiff/Respondent -vsLeslie Charles Cohen, Defendant/Movant CR-01-0099-PHX-JAT CV-04-0933-PHX-JAT (JI) ORDER
On June 10, 2005, Movant/Defendant filed a Motion for More Time to File Reply (#262-1) and Motion for Sanctions (#262-2). Movant asserts that he has been transferred to an Ohio prison, and that BOP refuses to forward his legal files. Respondent/Plaintiff has not responded to the motion. The Court finds good cause for granting the motion for more time. The Court finds that a response to the motion may assist the Court in resolving the motion for sanctions, and accordingly will direct a response to this request. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Movant/Defendant's Motion for More Time to File Reply, filed June 10, 2005 (#262-1) is GRANTED. Movant shall have thirty days from the filing of this Order to reply in support of his Motion to Vacate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within ten days of the filing of this Order, Respondent/Plaintiff shall respond to the Movant/Defendant's Motion for Sanctions, filed June 10, 2005 (#262-2).
DATED: July 5, 2005
