As noted in the Government's response, Defendant's Petition to Revoke Supervised Release will be adjudicated upon his release from state prison. Defendant has no right to be brought to this court while still in state custody to have an adjudication on the Petition to Revoke Supervised Release. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED denying Defendant's Motion for Hearing [doc. 92].
