ORDER

On March 28, 2003, the above captioned case was remanded to this Court pursuant to the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation's Conditional Remand Order. Since that time many parties have been dismissed with prejudice. However, a review of the case files and case docket show that only one Defendant remains: Maxxim Medical, Inc. The last filing in this action took place on August 25, 2006, when Defendants Tillotson Corporation and Tillotson Rubber Co, Inc. were dismissed with prejudice and without costs (Doc. 39). According to L. R. Civ. 41.1, "[c]ases which have had no proceedings for six-months or more may be dismissed by the Court for want of prosecution." As such, notice is now given to the parties that dismissal of this action is contemplated. The parties are required to show good cause in writing why the case should not be dismissed on or before March 9, 2007. If the parties fail to adhere to this Order, the case will be dismissed with no further notice for lack of prosecution.
