This matter arises on Plaintiff's Motion for Status (docket # 87) in which Plaintiff requests an update on the status of his pending motion for summary judgment. On April 19, 2006, the reference to the undersigned of Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (docket # 73) was withdrawn. (docket # 78) Similarly, the reference to the undersigned of Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (docket # 56) was withdrawn. (docket # 78) Accordingly, the pending motions for summary judgment are ready for rulings which the District Court will issue as its calendar allows. In accordance with the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Status (docket # 87) is GRANTED in accordance with this Order. DATED this 9th day of August, 2006.
