19 the dismissal with prejudice of the above—entitled action.
20 DIRECTV and Defendants Shoults have reached and executed a binding settlement
21 agreement and this Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice is in accordance with its
I 22 terms. Each side is to bear its own attomeys’ fees and costs.
23 In accordance with L.R.Civ. 7.1(b)(2), a proposed form of order is submitted to the
24 Judge.
