IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA Albert DeLeon, plaintiff, vs. Dora Schriro, et al., defendants. The parties hereby stipulate and move to enlarge the date for filing the Joint Proposed Final Pretrial Order in this matter from November 13, 2006 to November 27, 2006. Plaintiff's counsel is presently representing a client in a jury trial on behalf of another client before the Honorable David G. Campbell of this Court in the case of Vasquez v. City of Phoenix, et al., No. CIV-04-0481-PHX-DGC. The trial started on October 31, 2006 and has yet to conclude. Plaintiff retained his new counsel on October 30, 2006, and his new counsel (Stephen G. Montoya) has had virtually no time to work on the proposed pretrial order since the trial in Vasquez v. City of Phoenix commenced on October 31, 2006. Because Plaintiff's counsel is in trial, the parties are not able to finalize the proposed Joint Final Pretrial Order in time to meet the Court's November 13, 2006 deadline. Accordingly, the parties request a brief extension of time in which to file their
