ORDER

Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Second "Emergency Motion Requesting to

Add Final Exhibits to his Emergency Motion dated 2/24/06" (Doc. # 210). Plaintiff
17

requests that the Court allow Plaintiff to supplement his Response to Defendants'
18

Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 200) with additional information that Plaintiff
19

avers demonstrates that his grievances have been administratively exhausted. Plaintiff
20

argues that he inadvertently forgot to attach all of his newly acquired exhibits when he
21

submitted his first emergency motion on 2/24/06. Plaintiff's motion will be granted, but
22

the Court advises Plaintiff that no further supplement may be presented to the Court in
23

connection with the pending summary judgment proceedings.

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Second "Emergency Motion Requesting to Add
25

Final Exhibits to his Emergency Motion dated 2/24/06" (Doc. # 210) is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that attachment 1 to Plaintiff's motion (Doc. # 210) shall be hereby appended to Exhibit 10 of Plaintiff's Response to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 200). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall not offer any further supplements in connection with the pending summary judgment proceedings.
