Plaintiff lives in California and has recently begun a new position with the

California Pizza Kitchen which requires him to attend mandatory meetings on Monday
22

morning. Plaintiff has been advised by his employer that missing these meetings will

result in his termination. Additionally, Plaintiff will be unavailable from October 3 to October 10, 2007. Plaintiff will be in Illinois attending his Grandmothers 100th Birthday celebration.
