Plaintiff, Alexander Jung, submits this Request for a Hearing, respectfully

requesting that this Court set a hearing regarding Reinstatement, Back pay and Attorney

fees. The parties have been unable to agree on any of the afore mentioned matters.

Defendant is under the belief that they do not have to reinstate Plaintiff. Additionally, Defendant's believe that Plaintiff's Back pay ends on September 19, 2004. Further Defendant believes that collateral source payments have not been excluded. The parties have been unable to discuss attorney fees because of the above issues. Plaintiff requests a forty five (45) minute hearing on the above issues and thereafter the court rule on Reinstatement, Back pay and Attorney fees and costs.
