Plaintiffs inadvertently included the following text at Page 12, line 1 of their Response in Opposition: ERRATA NO. 1: Defendants did not aggressively defend this case from the outset because they knew Plaintiffs' claim was meritorious and they were concerned about liability under the Copyright Act.
