Before the court is the Motion to Withdraw as Local Counsel (doc. # 71) of William Foreman filed May 18, 2006. No response has been filed; however, the court notes that a second Motion to Withdraw as Local Counsel (doc. # 73) was filed June 8, 2006, because the original motion (doc. # 71) lacked the electronic signature of the filer, Mr. Foreman. In all other respects the motions are identical. Notwithstanding this technical defect, the court will rule on the motion, good cause having been shown. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motions to Withdraw as Local Counsel (docs. # 71 and 73) of William Foreman are granted and William Foreman is discharged as local counsel for Plaintiff.
