Pursuant to the attached Stipulation, the parties ask that the Court set a new date for the Status Conference now set for August 18, 2006. The parties have stipulated to continue the date to complete discovery until September 30, 2006, because the month of August was filled with travel plans, absent witnesses, and so forth. Numerous substantive depositions will be taken in September, and the parties believe that the Status Conference will be more beneficial for all concerned if it is conducted after discovery is completed. Accordingly, a new date convenient for the Court for the status conference should be entered. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this 21st day July, 2006.

The foregoing Motion to Continue was electronically filed this 14 8th day of February, 2006, and copy thereof mailed to the Honorable Judge Silver.
