Plaintiffs 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 rejected Defendants' previiously submitted settlement offer and did not make a counteroffer. Plaintiffs' counsel represented that they needed additional information before they could respond to Defendan& offer or engage in settlement discussions. The parties agree that they have complied with the mediation requirement of the Court, and at this time, the parties are not asking for further assistance from the Court regarding settlement discussions. Plaintiffs and Defendants, by and through undersigned counsel, respectftilly submit their Joint Report on Settlement talks conducted on Januaiy 21, 2005 in the above-captioned case.
