the attached revised Rule 16 scheduling order to extend certain

deadlines previously established in the Court’s scheduling

order. Counsel have just recently completed depositions and are

22 in the process of finishing discovery.
23 So the parties have an adequate opportunity to finish ‘
24 discovery and prepare dispositive motions the parties request
25 that the Court (1) extend the deadline for completion of
discovery from July 29, 2005 until August 31, 2005; (2) extend

1 the deadline for filing dispositive motions from August 19, 2005
2 until September 23, 2005 and (3) extend the deadline for filing
3 the joint proposed pretrial order and motions in limine from
4 September 1, 2005 until October 14, 2005. These new deadlines

are included in the attached revised Rule 16 scheduling order.
