Defendants, OASIS INVESTMENTS and RICHARD KNAPP, by and through counsel undersigned, hereby file this Motion to Continue Status Conference currently scheduled for Friday, January 20, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Additionally, defendants' counsel has have communicated with plaintiff's counsel, Andre Merrett, who indicates there is no opposition to this motion. Defendants' counsel is scheduled to be in Costa Rica on the day of the Status Conference. As such, counsel respectfully requests that this Court reschedule the Status Conference to a date beyond January 22, 2006.
