The Court has considered the factors set forth in 18 U.S.C. ยง3553, the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range and the disposition report and attachments. The Court finds defendant's supervised release should be reinstated. IT IS ORDERED reinstating defendant's supervised release. In addition to the standard conditions adopted in General Order 05-36, the following special conditions are imposed:

You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.

You shall participate in a Home Confinement Program with electronic monitoring under the sanction of home detention for the remaining period of your supervised release. You shall contribute to the cost of electronic monitoring in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. You shall not commit another federal, state, or local crime during the term of supervision.
