Defendants Gina and Mike Anderson, through counsel, moves for the court's permission to travel by vehicle to Palm Springs, CA. to visit Mr. Anderson's Dad and Step-Mom on the following dates: May 19-21, 2006. Their address is 651 E. Louise Dr. , Palm Springs, CA. Mr. Ruben Salgado, their pretrial officer has no objection. AUSAS Boyle and Pfister have no objection. The other conditions apply and the Anderson's continue to be in frequent contact with Mr. Ruben Salgado - Tel. (928) 783-1239. For the above reasons, defense counsel respectfully request the Court order the
