COMES _NOW, the uerenaant,
requesting this Honorable Court, a time reduction on grounds
of the following issues., .€Hemorandum of Points and Authorities
establis this motion factualitbasis. - -
FACTS:
1- Defendant is p_resently incarcerated at C.C.A./C.A.D.C.
Florence, PLZ. 85232., And soon to be transfered to B.0.P.
2- Defendant plead guilty to 9)%: QAY ig
1 3. The defendant was sentenced to UQLN months.
‘ The defendant is seeking relief to the following:
- I · POINTS AND AUTHORITIES
1- Equallrights protection: I, VI, VII and XIV Amendments.
A person should not be discriminated regardless of race, re- "
ligion, color, origin or nationality, etc.
2. A, U.S..A. citizen is entitled to 1 (one} year reduction .
of·sentence through a drug program during his incarceration,

wi reduction, due to, that from prisoner to prisoner there is
no differences.
Both live and comport, by, the same rules, policies, privi— ‘
y ledges and standards of such intitution-
3. A, u.s.A. citizen is entitled to half-way house super-
vised oalearly re1ease,_pursuant to 18 U.S;C.A. § 3583 (d).
And being an alien should not deprive defendant of such re-
lief for the reasons mention above.
THEREFORE, defendant, respectfully request relief to
be granted, doing otherwise, will be discriminative.
This motion is submitted in good faith. and pursuant to I,
VI, VII and XIV Amendments, guaranteed Rights Protection of
the United`States Constitution of America.
