` 17_ THE PETITIONER Jose Espiridion Efrain Jaimes Salgado
18 submmits his third request on to the attention of this Court re-
19- questing copies of all documents relevant to his Case File, and
20 states as follows: - _
21 The Defendant filed a Motion Pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C. §2255
22 to Vacate, set aside or Correct sentence by a Person in Federal
23 Custody, while the Petitioner was still being held at the ACDC! _
24 CCA Florence Arizona, but then the Petitioner was transfered out
25 onto California City Correctional Center, and the Petitioner has
_ 26 lost any Communication with this Court.
`27 The Petitioner has also sent several letters onto the attention
n 28 of his Counsel of Record requesting the afore said copies but

1 insofar said letters have been to no avail, since the Counsel
2 of Records does not dignify the Petitioner with the simple cour-
, 3 tesy of a reply to any of the Petitioner's letters;_WLN
if 4 Thus, the Petitioner hereby respectfully request and Prays that

6 the Counsel of Record to forward all Copies relevant to the Pe——
7 titioner's Case, including but not limiting to the Indictment or 0
8 Formal Complaint filed against the Petitioner, Minutes of the
9 Court, any and all Motions that the Attorney of Record may have
10* filed on behalf of the Petitioner Throughout the Petitioner's
11 Representation, Plea Agreement, PSI Report, Judgement of C0nvic+-
12 tion and a copy of the entire Discovery without further delay.
13 Since the Petitioner is contemplating in filing a Second or Su-
14 cessive Motion Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2255 and the afore said
