The United States, through counsel undersigned, hereby notifies the Court that the 17 government has notified the Bureau of Prisons of its lack of objection to Mr. Nail's early release 18 for medical treatment. 19 Pursuant to the court's order of May 2, 2007, the government contacted the Federal Medical 20 Center at Butner and spoke with Supervisory Attorney David Huban. Undersigned counsel 21 provided Mr. Huban with a copy of the Court's order. Undersigned counsel informed Mr. 22 Huban that the government does not have an objection to Mr. Nail's early release if the 23 necessary medical treatment is not available through the Bureau of Prisons facilities. 24 Mr. Huban advised he would bring this information to the attention of those reviewing Mr. 25 Nail's request. Mr. Huban advised that all requests for early release must follow the 26 // 27 // 28
