16 matter, because undersigned counsel will be out of the District on Monday, June 12, 2006, the 17 date scheduled for sentencing, and co-counsel for the government remains out on leave. 18 Undersigned counsel will be out of the District from June 12 through June 23, and defense 19 counsel will be out of the District from June 29 through July 9 and July 20 through July 25, and 20 the parties therefore request that the sentencing not be reset during those time periods, if 21 possible. 22 Greg Parzych, counsel for defendant, has been contacted about this motion, and he has

23 no objection. 24 Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161 may occur as a result of this Motion or of an
