The 18 reports generally describe the routing of documents obtained during the execution of the 2002 19 search warrants, to the extent that such routing may have marginal impeachment value as to the 20 chain of custody of those documents. In making this disclosure, the government neither agrees 21 that these reports constitute Brady material, nor that the reports and their contents are admissible 22 in evidence in this case. 23 Undersigned counsel disclosed the reports to counsel for H. Sloniker, Jonagan, Shinn, Nail 24 and Desiderio in person on Friday, September 30, 2005. On that same day undersigned counsel 25 readied the documents for mailing, on or about October 3, 2005, to counsel for T. Sloniker. 26 27 28
