RE: Clerical error/Judge Frederick J. Martone recommendation
in my Judgement and Commitment to participate in the RDAP drug
abuse education program. (CR 04-00820-001-PCT—FJM / USA vs
Harvey L. Sloniker Jr.)
Your Honor,
During my sentencing you recommended I participate in a substance
abuse program. I am not able to receive the rehabilitation
that you recommended for myself due to the omission in my current
Judgement and Commitment order obtained by the B.O.P.
Given the fact that I do have a drug problem, and in the absence
of judicial recommendation in the Judgement and Commitment, I
have been denied the 500 hour Residential Drug Abuse Program.
Since Fed. R. Crim. Pro. 36 allows you, upon notice, to correct
any error or omission in a judgement, I am requesting you to review
the record(s) of the case and transfer this recommendation to the
Judgement and Commitment order at your earliest convenience.
I will be able to obtain the prompt treatment in a substance
abuse program offered at my current B.O.P. location.
I want to thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.
Please send the amended Judgement and Commitment to the following
address listed below.
