JOINDER IN OBJECTIONS TO DRAFT PRE-SENTENCE REPORT FILED BY CO-DEFENDANT ANGELO TULLO

The Defendant, Margaret Molter, through counsel Michael B. Bernays, hereby joins certain of the objections to his pre-sentence report filed by co-defendant, Angelo Tullo. It appears that the portion of both pre-sentence reports entitled The Offense Conduct contained the same paragraphs numbered in the same way. Thus, ¶ 10 in Mr. Tullo's presentence report is the same as ¶ 10 in Ms. Molter's pre-sentence report and onward through at least ¶ 28. Ms. Molter joins in Mr. Tullo's objections to ¶'s 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 and 28. Any other objections which Ms. Molter may have to statements within the afore mentioned paragraphs which are not covered by Mr. Tullo's objections will be addressed specifically in Ms. Molter's Objections to the Pre-sentence Report.
