16 On or about April 29, 2003, in the District of Arizona, defendant JAMES DAVID
17 SNOW, having previously been convicted of a crime punishable by a term of imprisonment
18 exceeding one year, that is, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, in case number CR2001-0108 10,
19 on or about July 23, 2001, in the Maricopa County Superior Court, did knowingly possess an
20 Iver Johnson, .32 caliber revolver, which firearm had been shipped and transported in interstate
J 21 and foreign commerce.
22 In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(l) and 924(a)(2).
