WAIVER AND ORDER
Amendment of Release Conditions
I recognize I have a statutory right under 18:3145, 3148(b), and
Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 44, to assistance of
"3 counsel and a hearing before my Pretrial Release conditions are I ““
amended.
I hereby voluntarily waive my statutory right to a hearing and
agree-to the following amendment of my release conditions:
1. The defendant shall reside with his sister, Andronette Wright,
at 12425 N. 123m Drive, El Mirage, Arizona 85335.
The condition to reside at Recovery Homes, Inc., is excluded. All
other conditions of release previously imposed on May 19, 2004,
shall remain in effect.
