16 This Court having entered default against defendants Ohio Key I, Inc. and Nathan
17 A. Roesing, and having considered Best Western International, Inc.’s Motion for Award
18 of Attorney’s Fees and Non-Taxable Expenses,
19 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is
20 entered against defendant Ohio Key I, Inc. in the amount of $375,385.07 and in the
21 amount of S representing the award of attomey’s fees and non-taxable
22 expenses. Interest shall accrue on the foregoing amounts at the rate of ten percent (10%)
23 per annum until paid.
24 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered against
25 defendant Nathan A. Roesing in the amount of $375.385.07 and in the amount of
26 $ representing the award of attorney’s fees and non-taxable expenses.
