Pursuant to Arizona District Court Local Rule 54.2, and the court s Minute Entry dated September 15, 2005, the plaintiff moves this court for an award of attorneys fees and related non-taxable expenses. The court disposed of all of the issues and claims in this case by Summary Judgment. Judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff on November 22, 2005. The plaintiff seeks an award of attorneys fees and related non-taxable expenses pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132 (g)(1). The plaintiff estimates that her attorneys fees are
