_ I6 This action came for hearing before the Court, Honorable David C. Campbell,
presiding, and the issues having been duly heard at and a decision having been duly rendered,

18 IT IS SO ORDERED that the Plaintiff SWA Painting recover from Defendant
19 Golden Eagle Insurance Company the sum of $500,000 pursuant to the Damron Agreement l
20 entered into between Plaintiff and non-party CMS Painting in March of 2002, and
21 subsequently lodged in Maricopa County Superior Court on October 10, 2003. That the
22 amount of $5 00,000 was liquidated as of the date ofthe Damron Agreement pursuant to the
23 language in the Damron Agreement.
24 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff SWA Painting recover from .
25 Defendant Golden Eagle Insurance Company prejudgment interest thereon pursuant_to the

26 Dczmron Agreement and A.R.S. §44—1201 (A), beginning in March, 2002 and
