17 On December 3, 2003, this Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order in favor of
18 Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. The Court’s Order required that Century 21 post
19 security in the amount of $10,000. Century 21 posted the Injunction Bond on December
20 4, 2003. The Temporary Restraining Order provided that it was to remain in effect for a
21 period of 20 days. Thereafter, the parties stipulated to the entry of a preliminary
22 injunction, which the Court entered on December 19, 2003. The preliminary injunction
23 did not require the posting of any bond or security. Century 21 has continued to incur fees
24 with its insurance company for the Injunction Bond posted on December 4, 2003. These
25 fees will continue until this Court orders an Order releasing the bond. Accordingly, the

1 parties stipulate that the Court may enter an order releasing the Injunction Bond posted by
2 Century 21 on December 4, 2003.
