19 taxable. These non-taxable costs consist cf a mini-script, DVD/video, or ASCII disc, etc.,
20 totaling $866.53. Attached as Exhibit A is a chart showing the depositions at issue, the
21 amount requested as taxable costs, and a listing of what Plaintiff contends are charges that
22 are not taxable.
23 Accordingly, Plaintiff requests that the {Clerk not tax $866.53 as taxable costs.
