This matter arises on Defendants' Motion to Extend Time to Lodge Proposed Joint Pretrial Order. (document # 37) The Joint Pretrial Order was due on June 28, 2005. (document # 29) Defendants request additional time to file that order because there is a Motion for Summary Judgment pending. After consideration of this matter, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Extend Time to Lodge Proposed Joint Pretrial Order (document # 37) is GRANTED to the extent that the deadline for filing the Proposed Joint Pretrial Order is extended to 60 days after the entry of the ruling on the pending Motion for Summary Judgment if the case remains viable.
