On April 27, 2004, this Court held a Rule 16 Scheduling Conference establishing a dispositive motions deadline of May 31, 2005. Subsequently the parties obtained three extension of the discovery deadline. The final discovery deadline was November 21, 2005. The parties also obtained several extension of the dispositive motion deadline. The final dispositive motion deadline was December 5, 2005. On December 5, 2005, Defendant's filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. The trial is set on January 10, 2006. There is not sufficient time for the parties to brief the motion and the Court to rule before trial. IT IS ORDERED vacating the deadline for the filing of motions in limine, the deadline for the joint proposed pretrial order, the pretrial conference set December 19, 2005, and the trial date of January 10, 2006.
