On November 22, 2006, this court entered judgment (doc. # 30) granting in part Stoke's petition for writ of habeas corpus, vacating the sentence, and directing the state court to conduct a status conference within ninety days. However, an order directing the clerk to forward a copy of the judgment to the sentencing court was inadvertently omitted from the judgment. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED directing the clerk to forward copies of this court's Judgment (doc. #30) and the Judgment of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (doc. # 26) to the Clerk of the Superior Court of Maricopa County and to the Honorable James H. Keppel, Criminal Presiding Judge. DATED this 13th day of March 2007.
