17 IT IS ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion to Modify Final Pretrial Schedule, filed
18 with the Court on July 15, 2005, is GRANTED.
19 A IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court's Order Re: Final Pretrial Conference
20 [Doc. No. 62] is amended as follows:
21 (I) the attorneys who will be responsible for the trial ofthe lawsuit shall now prepare
22 and sign a Proposed Pretrial Order and submit it to the Court no later than 4:00 p.m. on
23 Monday, July 25, 2005, where previously it was due on Monday, July 18, 2005;
24 (2) the parties shall exchange drafts of the Proposed Pretrial Order no later than
25 Wednesday, July 20, 2005, where previously the deadline was .Monday, July 4, 2005;
26 (3) the parties shall tile and serve all motions in limine no later than Monday, July 25,
27 2005, where previously the deadline was Monday, July 18, 2005; and
