Bleu Burns’ practice encompasses all aspects of leber and employment, with an emphasis on E‘= ’55:;

and employment discrimination class actions. Mr. Burns represents employers in federal, state ,- __;,
and administrative proceedings across the country. He also counsels employers on all aspects ‘ .
of labor and employment law and advises management on strategic and complex employment
decisions.
Mr. Burns has represented clients in numerous class action cases in federal and state courts
across the nation, including those involving claims brought under state wage and hour laws, the Fair Labor Standards Act,
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (including Title lll cases), the Age Discrimination in
Employment Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and various state consumer protection and deceptive trade

Mr. Burns received his B.S. in 1988 from Texas A&M University and his J.D. in 1991 from the University of Texas School of
Law, where he was a member and associate editor of the Texas Law Review. He was also the champion and best advocate in
the Senior Mock Trial Competition in 1990. Mr. Burns is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Law Review
Association. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th, 6th and 9th Circuits and the U.S. District

Ms. Osteen's practice focuses on employment litigation. Ms. Osteen has counseled and

Ms. Osteen received her B.A. in 1994 from the University of Texas at Arlington and her J.D. cum laude in 1997 from the
Southern Methodist University School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association
(Labor and Employment Law Section), the Texas Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section), the Dallas Bar
Association (Labor and Employment Law Section) and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She is admitted to practice
before all Texas courts; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas; and the

Jennifer A. Reith’s practice encompasses a wide variety of labor and employment matters, with l Viliii ri
a particular focus on discrimination claims under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and :’`A»
analogous state anti-discrimination laws and wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor
Standards Act. Ms. Reith's clients in these matters include a number of national retail ;_V g
companies. She has also counseled clients concerning employment agreements, employee
handbooks and policies, layoffs and terminations, and has conducted sexual harassment and "i‘*
discrimination training for supervisors and employees.
Ms. Reith received her B.A. magna cum laude in 1994 from the University of Oklahoma, where she was a member of Phi Beta
Kappa, and her J.D. magna cum laude in 2000 from Tulane Law School, where she was on the staff of Tulane Law Review
from 1998 to 2000 and a member of Order of the Coif.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Reith was a field economist for the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Ms. Reith is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
