1 On January 24, 2006, the Court issued its Order: (1) granting the Motion to
2 Compel filed by CTVT Motors, Inc. ("Camelback Toyota") on September 16, 2005 (Dkt.
3 74) and the Motion to Compel filed by Camelback Toyota on November 17, 2005 (Dkt.
4 87) (the "Motions to Compel"); (2) awarding Camelback Toyota its expenses, including
5 attorneys’ fees, associated with the Motions to Compel; (3) declaring Plaintiff and
6 Plaintiff ’s counsel jointly and severally liable for such expenses, including attorneys’
7 fees; and (4) directing Camelback Toyota to submit a rendering of its expenses, including
8 attorneys’ fees, at the conclusion of this case. (Order dated 1/24/06, Dkt. 103). This
9 Accounting of Expenses is filed pursuant to the Court’s January 24, 2007 Order.
10 As shown by the attached "Aftidavit of Stephanie K. Osteen", and the attached
11 "Itemized Statement of Attorneys’ Fees", Camelback Toyota has incurred at least
12 $3,860.00 in fees in connection with: (1) its efforts to obtain discovery responses from
13
Plaintiff; (2) preparing and urging the Motions to Compel; and (3) preparing this
14
Accounting of Expenses and related documents.
