15 A Judgment was entered in the above action on February 3, 2006 in favor of
16 Ericsson Inc. ("Ericsson") and against Continental Promotions Group, Inc. ("CPG") in the
1.7 amount of $1,044,840, plus pre-judgment interest at ten percent (10%) per annum on
18 $982,190 of the principal amount from October 9, 2001 and on $62,650 of the principal
19 amount from June 28, 2004, plus post-judgment interest at the federal statutory rate (the
20 "February 3, 2006 Judgment"). Costs in the amount of $1,580.15 were taxed on April 7,
21 2006. 1
22 A Judgment for attorneys' fees was entered in the above action on July 27, 2006 in
23 favor of Ericsson and against CPG in the amount of $250,000 plus interest from the date of '
24 judgment until paid (the "July 27, 2006 Judgment").
25 For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
26 pursuant to settlement and compromise of the above action, Ericsson hereby acknowledges ·
27 that both the February 3, 2006 Judgment (with costs) and the July 27, 2006 Judgment have
28 been satisfied in full. I

l It is certified that there are no outstanding writs of execution with any Sheriff,
2 Marshall or other governmental agent or official.
3 It is further certified that neither Judgment has been recorded in any county of any _
4 state, nor has any abstract of either Judgment. In addition, no notice of any judgment lien .
5 arising from either Judgment has been filed with any governmental authority, agent or I
6 official in any state.
7 Therefore, full and complete satisfaction of the February 3, 2006 Judgment and the
8 July 27, 2006 Judgment is acknowledged, and the Clerk of the Court is authorized and
9 directed to make an entry of the full and complete satisfaction on the docket of both
l0 Judgments.
