loans) , the value of the account{s) at any given time may be more or
less than the amount indicated above. Moreover, Merrill Lynch makes
no representations as to its ability to liquidate the above-stated
assets, or whether such assets may be subject to exemptions and/or
restrictions. Merrill Lynch requests review of any form of judgment
before it is submitted to the Court. Further, the account values
stated above may include assets that are not actually held by (and
that, therefore, cannot be liquidated by) Garnishee, i.e., the
values may include assets of an account holder that are held by an
entity or entities other than Garnishee, but which Garnishee has
agreed, as an accomodation to the account holder, to include in the
