On July 18, 2006, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement informing the Court that all remaining parties have agreed to settle all claims in this matter and the related case, CV 042994-PHX-SMM. [Doc. No. 360] Given the large scope of the settlement, the Court will provide the parties with over 60 days in which to finalize their settlement. If a Stipulation for Dismissal is filed by September 22, 2006, the Court will vacate the Status Hearing regarding settlement set below. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Court will conduct a Status Hearing in this matter on Monday, September 25, 2006, at 10:30 a.m., before the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee in Courtroom 605 at 401 West Washington Street in Phoenix, Arizona.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Status Hearing will be vacated if the parties file a Stipulation for Dismissal by September 22, 2006. DATED this 19th day of July, 2006.
