9 above, at the time of service of said writ in Maricopa County,
10 (I) it was not indebted to Judgment Debtors in any amount; (ii)
§ 11 it did not have any personal property of Judgment Debtors in

I 6. Garnishee is entitled to reasonable compensation for
2 the costs incurred in this proceeding, including reasonable
3 attorneys’ fees, pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-1591.
4 WHEREFORE, Garnishee respectfully requests that the Court
5 enter such orders as are proper, that the Court allow Garnishee
6 reasonable compensation of $150.00 for the preparation of the
7 Answer to be paid out of the amount held by the Garnishee, and
8 that the Court discharge Garnishee on the answer.
