Upon Motion for Summary Judgment brought by Defendants, Glendale Union High School District No. 205, Tanya Soto, Steve Soto, Annie Preston, Keith Preston, Clay Klavitter and Jill Klavitter, the issues being fully briefed and argued to the Court, the Court being fully advised in the premises thereof, and good cause appearing therefore; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, in accordance with this Court's Order dated September 20, 2006, judgment shall be and is hereby entered in favor of Defendants, Glendale Union High School District No. 205, Tanya Soto, Steve Soto, Annie Preston, Keith Preston, Clay Klavitter and Jill Klavitter, and against Plaintiffs Joe Ramirez and Ana Ramirez, Individually and as Parents and Legal Guardians of Jose Ramirez, thereby fully and finally dismissing the Plaintiffs' Complaint as to all counts against Glendale Union High School District No. 205, Tanya Soto, Steve Soto, Annie Preston, Keith Preston, Clay Klavitter and Jill Klavitter;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendants Glendale Union High School District No. 205, Tanya Soto, Steve Soto, Annie Preston, Keith Preston, Clay Klavitter and Jill Klavitter shall have judgment against Plaintiffs on Plaintiffs' Complaint, shall recover their costs in the sum of $2,331.05 in accordance with Rule 54(d), Federal
