Counsel does not have sufficient time to respond by January 13, 2006 as set forth in the Motion to continue the deadline for pretrial motions (Dkt #1037). However, this counsel would request an extension until January 20, 2006. Defendant respectfully requests this court grant an extension until January 20, 2006 for responses to government's motions. Excludable time may occur as a result of this motion or an order thereon.
